Global Modular Concepts, LLC was born out of
necessity for the need to design and provide
safer more affordable permanent housing and
structures. In addition, we are committed to
utilizing the most environmentally sound
"GREEN" building materials, and construction
designs.
To design structures that
are hurricane wind resistant, mold resistant, pest
resistant, fire resistant and
environmentally responsible. Housing that
is energy efficient and safe. We achieve
this by the utilization of designs and
materials that eliminate so many of the
dangers, toxins and allergens so common with
the conventional construction of today.
Our
quest for the Perfect House has led us to
combining two Unique and Superior products.
By incorporating these two products we are
able to minimize or eliminate unsafe, toxic
and flammable materials from our structures,
and at the same time dramatically reduce
costs. We design and develop our residential
and commercial buildings to higher standards
than the industry requires to ensure a
superior building for now and the future.
It is our goal to
establish Global Modular Concepts as a
leader in the construction industry,
offering innovative construction systems and
materials that are affordable and that make
it easy to complete projects quickly.

concepts will be available to all
Architects, Engineers and Builders
interested in safe, economical housing for
all. In part, our unique concepts combine
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete and Polyurethane
